Each Sunday this month, WITNESS exhibition visitors will hear from the artists themselves at @wacotheater, starting with Storytelling Through Film today, featuring Sophia (@yagurlsophia), Amber (@amberabundance), Dana (@dana_dav), and moderated by Jaunice (@sillsnumber1) of @blackwomenfilm Network. ✨
While discussing their process and practice, Sophia, Amber, and Dana will share their perspectives on why they choose to work with film/video to uplift Black femme narratives. It’s going to be powerful. We’ll post the recording soon. ✨
